New Team .. new timing .. new iDa
I can foresee myself with dark eyebags, shagged face and droopy eyes nearing my due date.
The new teammates are ok. The job seems OK but the timing sux! I'm expected to work from 8am to 6.30pm everyday from Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on alternate Saturdays. Sigh~ .. life seems to be getting from bad to worse now. Already, adapting to the SIA team was a
HUGE effort. In Nokia, I had company transport waiting for me in Woodlands @ 7.55am. All I need to do is keep myself awake from 9am to 6.30pm. That is not a problem but because I had moved back to JB, I had to wake up at 4am every morning just to catch the 6am train. The ticket attendant always closes the gate @ 5.45am because of the huge morning crowd and I tell u, you can
never cross the causeway in a bus smoothly as there are thousands of Malaysians and Singaporeans (like me!) living in JB
carik rezeki in Singapore entering Singapore as early as 4am in the morning. I was always late for work and was always tired when I entered Singapore taking the bus. Another alternative was to take the bike with my dad but I won't be able to catch up on sleep on the road so I chose the train. Besides, I always loved taking train rides, esp in the cool morning.
Come SIA, I had to move back to Singapore as for me to reach Singapore by 8am from JB is extremely impossible, unless of course, I learnt how to drive *grins*. But then driving takes time and money. This is like the only way out for me. Adapting to a new team plus the super duper long Qs of 966 in the early mornings made it even worse for me. I ended up taking taxis very often. Unfortunately, that is sooo not good for my pockets so I ended up coming late each time I wake up late (oklah at least I arrive by 8.20am, not like some others hehe). This new team seems very particular about punctuality. Everybody arrives early and the latest one arrives at the same time when I arrive early in SIA team. Aggggghhh!!! I dunno if I can wait this long to give birth.
